Meitantei Conan: Hannin no Hanzawa-san

The silhouetted culprit Hanzawa moves from the country to Beika Town, the primary setting of Detective Conan, where there’s a murder every few minutes and explosions are a sign of spring. His first order of business? Finding a place to live that hasn’t already been a murder scene, getting the government to process his paperwork between murder investigations, and taking suspicious jobs to pay rent. It’s all in service of finding and killing “that person.”
